At Shark Robot, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement exchange will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
